Flyby Vending is the operator of flybyvending.com and is responsible for the information described in this policy.

Information you give us. When you request a visit or ask us to review a site, we collect the details you enter in the form: company name, contact name, email address, phone number, the location address, approximate number of people on site, the type of location, and any notes you add.

Customer feedback. When you use our feedback page, we collect your rating, comments, and the location or machine identifier passed in the link. Contact details are optional. If you choose to share your name or email, we use it only to follow up with you about that feedback.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours records standard technical data such as pages viewed, referring page, approximate region, browser type, and device type through analytics cookies.

We do not ask for and do not want sensitive information such as government identification numbers, financial account numbers, or health information through this website.

As the business grows we may add social media tools from providers such as X (Twitter), Facebook, and Instagram to reach new locations. If we add tools that place additional cookies or tracking pixels, we will update this policy and the date at the top of this page.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add on. The site works without analytics cookies.

We use a small number of vetted providers to run the site and our operations: website hosting, database and email delivery infrastructure, analytics and mapping from Google, and standard business tools such as email and accounting. These providers process information only to perform services for us and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.

We may disclose information if required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Flyby Vending, our clients, or the public.

We keep lead and feedback records for as long as they are useful for the business relationship and for our legal and recordkeeping needs. Information is edited or removed when:

• the customer edits or deletes the information;
• the customer or client requests its removal;
• Flyby Vending removes it for violating our content policies;
• Flyby Vending determines it is spam, fake, or otherwise ineligible; or
• the underlying profile is removed or substantially changed, though closing or transferring a business does not necessarily erase reviews.

Public reviews you leave on third party platforms such as Google are controlled by that platform, not by us. To edit or remove a Google review, use your Google account.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email support@flybyvending.com with the details of your request and we will respond promptly. We may need to confirm your identity or your connection to the location before acting on a request, and we may retain limited records where the law requires it.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. We honor those rights for all visitors through the same email contact.

Form submissions travel over encrypted connections and are stored in access controlled systems. Only people who need the information to do their job can see it. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as payment card or account numbers through the website forms.

This website is intended for businesses and property operators. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.

If we change how we handle information, we will post the revised policy here and update the date at the top. Material changes will be reflected before they take effect.
